Waterfront experience

Liked:Amazing location and staff super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended. We had great sleeps, breakfasts and enjoyed the walk to the waterfront regularly for shopping and also checked out the Time Out Market.

Disappointed

Liked:I have preciously stayed here on numerous occasions, it’s been our go to place for the past 3 years because of the location, impeccable service and amenities. However, this last visit was a bit disappointing, the ambiance has changed and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The room was supposedly serviced daily but the shower was not cleaned at all with used dirty towels just folded and put back and the bed was poorly made. On the 3rd day we raised the issue with management as our stay had become very uncomfortable and they offered us into a cleaner room.
