Great room, location, but lacking in professionalism

Liked:Location, Room and free parking

Disliked:Lack of attention: no coffee, no milk, no corkscrew etc. We also had a dispute about a room upgrade. It was obvious at checkout there was a plan! Stern faces, not listening. I’ll stay outside of the city next time

I enjoyed my stay at the Pullman very much.

Liked:The hotel was well positioned and in a safe area which is important. That facilities were good, although I did not use many of them as I was out and about. The staff were efficient and extremely helpful.

Disliked:The shower was never hot and had no water pressure. The price was a little expensive.
