Disliked:No hand soap to wash our hands in the bath rooms. No warm blankets as it was raining and cold. When we arrived at the hotel.it took us 30 min just to book in The reception said we need to whatsapp this number to get the password and code for the box where the key is.We were sitting at reception very tired and the owner was at the boxes where the key was and she did not even look at us while I was waiting for a response from her while I was whatsapping her at that moment.She walked right pass me.It is such a struggle to book in

Liked:Location 10/10. Building is nice, reception 24/7. Good access to the garage. Wifi working. 10/10.

Disliked:Unfortunately, the fitness center was canceled in the accommodation compared to the past, the bar by the pool, which is located on the 7th floor, was canceled, so no refreshments. The large restaurant was also canceled and only a smaller cafe remained, where you can order some snacks, wraps, etc. and coffee with drinks. Our apartment was large and spacious, but it lacked basic things that we had to buy immediately upon arrival. The stove did not work, there is no coffee machine in the apartment, there was no sponge for dishes, etc. Ordinary little things that make a difference. However, there are shops in the vicinity of the accommodation where you can buy these things. However, you don't feel like dealing with that immediately upon arrival... The equipment is already worn out and that spoiled the overall impression.
