Excellent stay and perfect location, highly recommended!

Liked:Overall, our 5-night stay at Lawhill was everything our family needed and expected. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated for safely walking around the V&A Waterfront, while also serving as a highly convenient base for our daily excursions by car. Security was a priority for us, and we were very pleased to find that the grounds and the parking lot are well-protected and felt completely safe. The apartment itself was very spacious, exceptionally well-equipped, and offered a beautiful view of the marina. We did have one minor hiccup: on one of the days, the room was not perfectly cleaned, and our complimentary water and coffee were not replenished. However, other than that single oversight, we really couldn't have asked for more. A fantastic base for a Cape Town trip!

It’s not a five star property

Liked:Location and view was the best thing there.

Disliked:This is not a 5 star property nor a “luxury” as stated, I would rate it a maximum of 4 star. The property have new furnished apartments pictures on their website so I requested to get the new ones, but when we got there they told us that the pictures were fake! So we didn’t want to stay there but their manager refused to give us a refund. We felt deceived and forced to stay in a place that we didn’t want to stay in, that was horrible. The place got old and outdated and needs a renovation. A tip to upgrade the place: change the bathroom tiles, the apartment floor, the color of the lights and place new carpets.
