Idyllic setting

Liked:Stayed at this hotel probably during one of the quietest weeks of the year so the bar and restaurant did close earlier during the week which was a shame as it meant we didn’t eat or drink here in the evening as much as we would have liked. Not really got anything too negative to say about this hotel. The room view of the marina was incredible . We had a 2 bed suite on the 6th floor which was very spacious. Basically equipped but very clean modern and lots of storage space. The food in the restaurant was great. The staff can’t do enough for you. The way the hotel is run often reflects the skills of the Manager and in Omar they have a professional. All staff were fabulous from Cara and Omar on reception to Mark and Steven (who remembered our drinks and breakfast order each day ) in the restaurant (and everyone else we came across!) The cleaning staff work hard. The pool was peaceful with plenty of towels and chairs and a gym that had everything. Downtown Cape Coral with its many bars and restaurants is only 10 mins drive. Fort Myers with its beautiful beaches is a 20 min drive or the hotel provides a free return boat service to Fort Myers as part of your resort fees. Also included in your resort fee is a five nightly sunset dolphin tour which lasts around an hour and a half which we thoroughly enjoyed. Can’t wait to return

Welcome home!!

Liked:Our first stay and not our last . Sometimes you enter a hotel or establishment and the person who greets you makes you feel like you definitely picked the right spot. Omar is that person. He is that guy and deserves our praise. I’d tell him to keep it up but some people just have it. He is one of them. Thank you Omar !!

Very Spence for 2 nights $764.64 no internet no air conditioning

Liked:The people is very nice and very friendly with the nature

Disliked:The air conditioning inside the room doesn’t work properly,terrific experience and the short pool is very small.I don’t recommend I spend 600 for 2 nights and extra charge 70 dollars more.
