Towel-drying issues in the bathroom (no convenient place to hang towels); no other major cleanliness complaints mentioned.

Mixed service: some staff were helpful (rearranged rooms), but there were check-in room allocation problems, a billing error at check-out (corrected but inconvenient) and an automatic 10% tip suggestion on drink orders.

Set in beautiful surroundings with wonderful views; however the hotel is relatively remote (difficult without a car), the designated ocean swimming area is small and July can be very windy.

Room offered a wonderful sea view once moved; initial room mix-up on arrival and some practical issues (towels not drying) but overall the room/view were positive.

Strong amenity offering: three pools (including a sheltered pool), Laid Back quiet area with comfortable loungers, live evening music, small shop, several restaurants and free water refill stations; missing some upscale touches (bathrobes/slippers) and laundry is chargeable.

Perceived as slightly overpriced for what is offered: food not consistently tasty and all-inclusive drinks limited to local (lower-quality) alcoholic brands.

Wide selection available but overall food was not found particularly tasty; the fish restaurant was highlighted as very good. All-inclusive drinks are limited to local brands of lesser quality.

Despite several hiccups (check-in, billing, occasional power outages), guests reported an overall pleasant and enjoyable holiday, appreciating the relaxed areas and scenery.
