Good value for money and close to thr main lift

Liked:Located close to the lifts. A few supermarkets in the area. Easy and flexible because of the available parking and the door codes. For the price this was all very good. The place is not premium, but perfect for it's price range.

Disliked:It was pretty basic (still within an acceptable range). The heaters were a bit enthusiastic, so I had to turn them of in the fusebox to lower the internal temperature. There was no easy way to get rid of and store our ski gear. So we took it up

Liked:We chose this hotel for its convenient location near the Canillo Trail race start line.

Disliked:The place had a very unpleasant smell, including cigarette smoke, and the manager was rude, she said she did not smell anything (we were 6 and are asthmatic so we can definitely tell when there is an irritative smell). The view was directly onto a concrete wall, which was disappointing. The shower tap was dangerously hot—my children got hurt. After checking other reviews, we saw that many guests had similar experiences. Also, getting from the parking garage to the property was quite confusing—it felt a bit like a maze. Unfortunately, the manager refused to let us switch apartments or reimburse to leave early, and considering the overall experience, I would never recommend it for the price.

Liked:Good for an apartment hotel; clean and easy check-in. Also the parking in the garage is very convenient. Personnel very responsive on WhatsApp.

Disliked:We visited in the summer, so slept with windows open as it felt that fresh air (ventilation) was not enough otherwise. It's a bit unclear what is expected at check-out and the tone from personnel could be more polite when communicating. Some small things missing, such as paper towels for kitchen use and kitchen towel to dry plates and glasses after doing the dishes, and no salt, peppar and cooking oil, so make sure to bring your own.

Could be better if being improved

Liked:Location is good - close to the ski lift. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Swimming pool a walking distance away. Apartment is spacious, big kitchen. Washing machine is big plus. There is no ski room which makes it difficult to store ski gear. Apartment needs deep cleaning, it’s not clean. The “view” is to the big wall, so almost no day light. Personal was unfriendly and didn’t want to solve our issues. They hang up phone on my face!
