Great value stay in convenient location

Liked:Great location. Close to cafes and convenience stores - so I didn’t personally take any ride services. Nice large pool area. I didn’t experience any noise issues during my stay despite receiving a message that there is a nightclub nearby

Disliked:Breakfast was fairly limited but good value. There could’ve also been more water provided.

Excellent location and fantastic staff

Liked:The location and staff were excellent. My partner and I unfortunately got Bali belly and the hotel staff were so helpful with helping us organise another night stay in the same room, contacting a doctor that arrived in 5 minutes and making sure we were comfortable. We were blow away with how efficient and kind they were.

Disliked:The noise from the club on Tuesday and Friday nights is very loud and goes till 2am but no noise on the other nights. Wasn’t the most glamorous but a super convenient location

Liked:The service and staff were 10/10 they were excellent couldn’t fault, always very happy to help. It was a nice hotel it had a feel you were staying in a nicer hotel.

Disliked:There a nightclub that plays loud music til about 1.30am like right next to it, I could hit it with a stone from my room. This would be great if you’re into it but not if you don’t party like me, I wouldn’t have stayed if I knew earlier. the staff did say I could call and they would charge me rooms but I’m not sure it would fix it as it’s a long hotel at basically runs parallel with the night club The place needs maintenance, I’m not saying it’s run down or old it’s quite nice overall but the elevator keep not working, key card not working, light switch broke, the gym need some newer things. I feel like they need to just give you like a 10L big bottle of water if you stay longer than 5 days the little glass bottles only 2/4 a day is annoying. They say as much as want but then I ask as much as I want then they say no only 4 at once lol. I also feel the pool area although it’s very nice it’s too small for the size of hotel, down the side there is nice garden but no one ever uses it they should build a big lap pool down the side and add more deck chairs it would very nice if they did. Everyone would have a pool view.

Disliked:Room was not ready even though I received confirmation it was ready. A/C never got to desired temperature. Elevator was constantly broken which caused me to have to walk up and down up to the 6th floor
