Liked:Fantastic service , been coming to this hotel every year sometimes twice a year, Aylla has been the best this trip , the service we have received from her has been incredible. Her English has great too, this trip has been great

Do not worth the price charged

Disliked:I had requested early check-in to 12:00 and they did not conceed even with avaiability (very low occupation). I had requeste high floor room and they did not conceed. All requests where declined not only this time but my last stay in August also. This was my third stay in this year and they are not able to recognize some kind of preference. Next time I will choose other hotel with better service.
