Terrible Customer Service and No Follow-Up

Liked:The biggest issue wasn't the mistake itself—it was the complete lack of customer service afterward. Despite bringing my concerns to the hotel's attention, no one took ownership of the situation. Even more disappointing, the General Manager never bothered to follow up, acknowledge the issue, or offer any resolution. Being ignored after a guest reports a problem is unacceptable. Customer service is about communication and accountability. Mistakes happen at every hotel, but what separates a good property from a bad one is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, this property failed on both counts. The lack of professionalism, urgency, and follow-through left a very poor impression. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I know how important guest recovery is, and this hotel missed every opportunity to make things right. I cannot recommend this property based on the level of service I received, and I sincerely hope management begins taking guest concerns more seriously.
