Liked:I stayed there for almost a year From January 2025 through January 2026 Through the generous people in my life I am waiting on an apartment First I will say that if you like crawling roaches I mean in the bed on the chair In the mini fridge and Microwave Plus Black Mold And you like roaches that you smoke and other related substances Stay there If you like the rudest gossip and back stapper Janie is the perfect female for you Parth supposedly the owner ??? Does not manage and can be the rudest and unprofessional male ever That manages by what the 3 employees have to say And does not care or barely acknowledge a Paying Customer Who is allergic to cigarette and smoke and puts you in a smoking room Where your Emotional Support Animal weights 20 pounds is attacked savagely by a Doberman Pincher 3 doors down And the owner of the dog who I have been told is a Crackhead can’t control the fierce Dog If you enjoy this Please by all means Stay If ??? You are seeking safety My first night there I called the Fire Department because the Smoke Detector was hanging from the ceiling They put batteries in Later when batteries died Mr Crackhead came took the batteries out Said he would be back when they had batteries and Took the detector Down Leaving loose wires hanging down And I have pictures If you ever leave your room with intentions of coming back Please go up front and allow Janie to accuse you of owning Money She will give you a false statement to prove it And threaten Not to give you a key But will let you back in the room This is the beginning of your wonderful stay I stayed there because people were helping me while my little fur baby and I waited on a rental to come available and it was way over priced but workable I had sold my beautiful home to relocate If you have ???s I have great references The Colony Inn should be torn down to the ground And all the druggies and prostitution cleaned up This is January 24 2026 I have a room paid for there until next Friday I will Not Step Foot into It My choice and mine only My precious fur baby and I need Time to heal and adjust to our nightmare I called Camden Police Department many times Recently I pushed a chair under my door because I was afraid for my life It might be fine for a hardcore construction worker Or the females that work the parking lots BUT NOT for a Lady Parth Janie and Crackhead Desperately need Lessons in Customer Service Take your own linens They are not aware of Clorox and Cleaning Supplies and Products I carried my own and Roach Tablets by Hariss that can be purchased at Lowes And J

Liked:This place has gone downhill. I used to stay here once a year or so but this past visit terrible. Room was filthy. But the worst part is that since my last stay my credit card has been charged 7 times by them. Each time it's for the same amount. Each time I call and they do refund my money but they have no explanation as to why or how that is happening. I just have to assume they are scamming people and hoping they won't notice. I turned them in to the Better Business Bureau but never heard back from the BBB. All my credit card company could suggest was to get a new card with a new number. Cannot recommend this place.

AKC Boykin Spaniel National Hunt Test

Liked:Not the greatest hotel but for what I was there for, it was sufficient. The had no bugs in my room and the shower head was real nice and the water was hot, which is always good. I believe they need to have their phones looked at as well as follow up on their cleaning crew - need to get behind places and wipe and vacuum. Hotel staff were amazing and the breakfast was pretty good as well.

THE WORST MOTEL EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES, LEARNED DO NOT FO CHEEP, PAY THE PRICE FOR Cleanliness AND PEACE OF MIND.

Liked:DO NOT STAY AT THIS FILTHY PLACE. First thing is they are letting lower class people live there, smelled marijuana on corridor, 20 roaches ran out back of the fridge, pizza stain in microwave, hair on clean towels, ashes and cigarette in a non smoking room, dead bugs and dirt around all baseboards, fan in bathroom falling down, terrible chemical smell in room like I have never smelt before. We were moved to another room. It appeared cleaner, however when we got in bed at 10:00 pm the mattress was wet, pulled back padding and HUGE yellow peep spot on mattress. Pulled back padding to other bed and same thing HUGE wet peep spot on mattress. Lady at desk apologized and told us the best places to stay were located off I-20. She refunded our money. We stayed at Comfort Inn in Camden off I-20, it was clean, smelled good, no permeant residence, quiet, NO roaches. Please do not stay at Colony Inn, can't stress that enough. I would not allow our belongings in our house until they were washed, disinfected and scrubbed!!!!!! All that for an over night stay. Didn't take photos because I could not get out of there fast enough.
