Enjoyable for the family, close the airport and pleasant service!

Liked:We were double charged by mistake (booking.com and the hotel) and the manager processed the refund promptly. The breakfast was one of the best that I have had having traveled both within and outside of the US. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The attendants were pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent and close to the airport (which was helpful as our flights got cancelled two days in a row). There was also a nature trail next to the hotel where we took our kids walking. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Disliked:We waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle. We were told several times that it was coming instead of the attendant just saying (which the driver later told us) there was a shift change, and it only goes each half hour. The pool was grimy and seemed to have a gray film floating in it. My kids were really looking forward to the pool, and this was one of the reasons that we booked this hotel. Otherwise, everything was good.

I went for the shuttle, but wouldn't go back for the restaurant

Liked:I was able to take a bath which was nice. The pool was good. The airport shuttle was my main reason for staying

Disliked:Cockroaches in the kitchen, and my room wasnt ready until 6pm despite booking being 3pm.
