Misleading accommodations

Liked:Dove products in the washroom

Disliked:Pictures are misleading. Parking lot was dark, no sign on the building. Run down, extremely dated in decor and very dark in the room. Grab and Go breakfast bags was not appealing.

Disgusting

Liked:The room was horrible. It looked like a crime scene. The carpets were filthy, the furnishings everything were old and broken. For what I paid I’m trying to get a refund. I did not stay there. If I represented booking.com I would remove them ASAP.

I have allergies to dust and from head to toe I was itching plus the smell was disgusting. For what I paid I’m trying to get a refund. I did not stay there, as soon as I walked in the room I walked right out tried to talk to the front desk to get a refund, but they said I had to go through booking.com reached out to booking.com. I have not heard anything yet. If I represented booking.com I would remove them ASAP.

Cheap room with clean sheets.

Liked:When I book a cheap hotel I don't expect 5Star quality. It is what it is. A cheap room with a bed . Perfect

Disliked:It's an old hotel. The price was cheap. My expectations where low, and I wasn't disappointed.

We were satisfied with our stay and slept well. It was close to where we wanted be in the morning

Liked:The bed was comfortable. Restaurants were plentiful and easy to walk to. The location met our expectations for the price.

Disliked:The sliding door was difficult to close. The sink tap was hard to operate.
