Amazing apartment in a perfect location but better attention to detail when cleaning would have made the place excellent

Liked:Amazing property location close to restaurants. Large well decorated rooms with two bathrooms and tons of storage. Kitchen and bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

Disliked:The master bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower and the walls and doors were in need of washing.

Once I survived the check-in, the rest of the stay was quite enjoyable.

Liked:The unit was bright, clean, comfortabe and well equiped.

Disliked:This property is located in a condo building. The buidling address and entry to the parking garage are not well marked. The check-in process was arduous and frustrating. If a traveller is not prepared for a fully electronic experience, or doesn't have the time to complete the check-in before arrival, or doesn't enjoy having to download apps in order to get into your unit, then this is not the experience for you. After downlaoding the app that provides an access code, it was unable to provide a code. Fortunately the staff member on duty when I arrived was helpful and brought me a fob to use. My phone battery was very low which only added to the frustration in downloading an app and communicating with the host's representative before the battery was gone. Had I lost use of my phone, access would have been impossible. At the end of a long day's journey, this was far from a relaxing experience. The staff member who assisted in check-in was very pleasant and helpful.

Liked:Clean, comfortable.

Disliked:Very expensive for the location, quite hard to find the room as the elevator system is really odd and there were any staff members to ask for help. For this price I would have appreciated a concierge. Hotel prices without the experience.
