Liked:The Lensfield Hotel is situated in a convenient location, approx. 10 mins away from the city center. The room was small but perfect for a solo traveller. Everything was clean and tidy (though I would appreciate the decorative pillows not touching the actual clean ones). Overall, a good choice for the price.

Disliked:The walls are pretty thin, so if you have loud neighbours, you will hear them. In my room, I couldn't manage to close (and fix) the sliding windows; since one could be accessed from the outside stairs, it felt like a security risk.

Please note that there are only 5 car parking spaces at the property, and these are given out on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can only be made for guests that require a disabled space. Please note Wheelchair elevator is currently not operational. To access the Double Room - Disability Access, you must descend 5 stairs and access this room from rear of the building The thermal suite can only be booked for 30 minute sessions. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The Spa area is Females Only and is closed during public holidays and public holiday weekends. Please note- Spa facilities at this property are operating on limited hours; The Gym is unavailable due to the coronavirus (COVID-19).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
