The staff were friendly and efficient and the grounds are beautiful

Liked:The staff was remarkably welcoming to me and my little dog. It was particularly nice to have Alewife Reservation across from the entrance where we enjoyed a beautifully landscaped park full of summer flowers with plenty of places to sit.

Disliked:In spite of it being close to a busy highway, you did not hear the highway nor did you feel that you were close to it, but it was slow to access during high traffic time.

Comfortable stay!

Liked:I had a very comfortable stay here! The location is fantastic and the entire property was exceptionally clean. A huge thank you to the staff, who were absolutely wonderful and made me feel welcome throughout my visit.

Disliked:Bathroom Setup, The bathroom lacked a lock on the door, which felt a little inconvenient since the bathroom itself is positioned very close to the main entryway of the room. * Amenities: The in-room coffee maker was having some technical issues during my stay. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay with great service, and I would definitely recommend it—just hopefully with a working coffee machine next time! We didn't have time to call them and fix it, though.

Liked:Spacious rooms.

Disliked:It was an absolute nightmare finding the hotel, checking in, finding and parking the car. All the streets seemed to go the wrong way- it was very annoying.
