A very bad experience

Disliked:No English or any other language than Portuguese speaking staff, which makes everything impossible (check-in, ordering food..) I spent one full hour at the check out trying to get my information at the invoice correct (info already submitted at the check in), yet I did not get my invoice. The foot mat in the shower was so dirty, I put it aside, the next day the same was relocated next of the shower (it might be clean enough in this hotel standard)
