Love this venue and staff are helpful and friendly. However hotel is very tired.

Disliked:We have been several times now. The hotel is tired and needing upgraded. Our balcony had leaky green grunge dripping from the ceiling to floor forming a slippy puddle. We couldn’t use it. This was a deluxe seaview room we booked. We did get to change rooms as maintenance couldn’t fix it until after the season. We know new guests were placed in the room.

Superb!

Liked:This wasn't our first time staying here and we were reminded of how good it is. The double deluxe sea view room has superb views over the bay and is comfortable and cleaned well every day. A selection of tv channels in many languages. The breakfast is plentiful, has everything you need and even the hot food was hot which is rare to find! The staff were friendly and always spoke to you as you passed through the hotel. For those not familiar with the location, it is central to everything. The hairdryer was emitting smoke when turned on, this was reported to reception and was replaced almost instantly. The only thing I could recommend is to install a full length/additional mirror in the room as the only mirror was in the bathroom.

Disliked:The lifeguard should not let the kids shoot the other kids with water guns. Is not my duty to tell the other parents on how to educate their kids. I would expect him to be more active here. The cleaning lady asked me twice wrt to checkout at 10:40. I was rushing having a baby as well. I have never seen before a checkout at 10:30.
