Liked:Great location with an amazing view, very good food and plenty of activities to enjoy. The reception team were very friendly and helpful and the bartender at the lobby bar was highly professional and provided excellent service.

Disliked:The noise in the evenings was quite disturbing. More importantly, one member of the breakfast team was extremely rude and accused us of jumping over the fence to get breakfast. When she realised that she was mistaken, she did not apologise. This was disappointing and took away from an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Disliked:Mould in our room, fly infested room, small pool, rubbish food, rude staff and expensive for what it is

Nice hotel with things to improve.

Liked:The location is great, very close to the beach and stores. The view from most of the rooms and pool bar is beautiful. Most of the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast and dinners were good.

Disliked:We got a room at the far left side of the hotel, right next to the air conditioner systems if the hotel next door - it was extremely noisy at night and almost impossible to sit in the balcony if we wanted some calm time. We asked if we could change and they said we had to go and check at 9 in the morning. We did and they said they could move us but not the friends who had the room next to ours and who also experienced the same level of noise - we ended up staying where we were. There were a couple of female staff (a cleaner and one in the reception) who were extremely rude - the rest of the staff were great, especially a barman working in the lobby bar in the evening. We had booked two rooms with sea view, and ended up on a floor where all we could see was a big red roof between us and the sea.

Great stay worth every penny,all was great, we have just one suggestion to make it even better

Liked:Great location of the hotel,nice big rooms with great seaview and everything you need,really good food breakfast and dinner too with different meals every day,awesome beach few mins walk from hotel,every talk with staff real pleasure and every question answered,free luggage room and shower room with towels last day after check out, etc...everything was just real good.

Disliked:The only thing we didnt like was a dinner time period,its from 6.30pm to 9pm and that is so so early and short that you have to leave beach when its best time for enjoying it just to make it to dinner because at 9.05pm they kill the lights in the restaurant area and make everyone leave. Dinner time should be much much better from 7pm to 10pm.
