Liked:The view, the location, 2 beaches nearby, supermarkets nearby, and the stuff was really friendly and helpful.

Disliked:There was no variety in the buffet. There was lack in Seafood.

Good value for money but not a great location if you want a quiet place

Liked:Staff is the best thing at this hotel. Very friendly, kind and helpful! They changed our room after the first night because we had one on the street side and it was very noisy. Breakfast was good but the same every day. More choices for the dinner though.

Disliked:The insulation is not good enough and we could hear people and cars passing by the whole night. The area is noisy, not necessarily the hotel's fault but more due to the tourists coming to that area.. The hotel has no parking and it's a struggle to find a spot in the evening. Between 15 and 45 minutes to just go around in circles on the streets..

Liked:Nice rooms, spacious and clean. Tea and coffee were waiting for us in the room. The rooms were cleaned every day.

Disliked:The cleaning lady was loud in the hallway every day at 6am, making noise, talking to herself... Although we were happy with the room, we were not happy with the room's insulation. We had a view of the hotel entrance. Despite the fact that it was a side street, it was very impossible to sleep. From 4am, delivery people were driving and it was very noisy. Guests from other hotels were walking by and everything could be heard in the room (the windows were closed). The room insulation is really a disaster. The food at the hotel was monotonous and too salty for our taste. It was good for us adults, but the teenagers and children were dissatisfied. Animation? There is a children's house at the pool, it was open for one day, and we had to look for the animators to come. Mini disco, you didn't even know where it was... Very poor information about events. We didn't swim in the pool because the water was cold.
