We love our stay here.

Liked:Loved everything. The bed is comfy, tv, laundry machines, gas range are perfectly working.

!! SCAM !! TOOK MY MONEY EVEN IF I DIDN'T GET TO ACCESS THE PLACE

Disliked:Extremely disappointed with this experience. I was unable to check into the condo upon arrival despite following all the provided instructions. We had requested a 10PM arrival, so to deal with this situation so late at night after a long work day made it even more stressful and unacceptable. While I was able to access the building, the condo door was locked with no key available. I attempted to contact the host through every channel provided, phone calls, texts, emails, with no response whatsoever. The chat support was also inaccessible, leaving me completely stranded with no way to reach anyone at that hour. The door itself showed visible damage around the lock area, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. To make matters worse, we have not received a refund despite being unable to use the property. This is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property to think twice. If something goes wrong, do not expect a timely response or any resolution.

Great place to Stay in Downtown Calgary

Liked:Location to Saddledome and food. Beautiful city views. Large appliances in well-stocked kitchen.

Disliked:Low water pressure in shower. AC didn’t work. TV remote needs instruction. Very frustrating time getting checked in without WiFi. Security guard helped!!! Nobody knew anything about pool until Monday very SMALL
