Loved the location

Liked:Location is great and close to everything.

Disliked:The bed frame is broken. Linens does not smell fresh and with some strands of hairs on it. Tried calling the # that says 24/7 and left a message with no response. Finally responded to my email after 3 weeks of being back to TO.

Questionable legal rental.

Disliked:We waited an hour from the time we sent for check-in for the host to come, homeless sleeping in a slum on the adjacent to the hotel side walk, it was quite scary specially being ‘locked’ out until host arrived. The company didn’t answer our phone calls on purpose. We borrowed the security’s phone and they answered meaning they must of purposefully ignored our number! Don’t even bother, we went just to go to the Stamps game and have a fun night with friends but this ruined our whole night! I hesitate we don’t get our security of $500 deposit back as our full experience was just unusual/sketchy from the company. Also, the photos make it look bigger, it’s quite a small space.
