Amazing hotel in Downtown

Liked:We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary, and I’m so glad I booked this hotel! We arrived early, around 1 PM, and they allowed us to check in at that time, even though the official check-in time is 3 PM. The receptionist at the counter was very accommodating. We loved our room on the 19th floor—it had a stunning view! My kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool because the water was warm, and they also had a hot tub and sauna. The room itself was perfect; the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. Although the breakfast wasn’t a buffet, it was still very good. We felt so welcome, as most of the staff were Filipino, which added a warm, familiar touch to our stay. I requested a late check-out due to the snow that day, and they kindly accommodated our request. I must say, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends, and we can’t wait to come back. We had an amazing stay!
