An exceptional stay with great food and service!

Liked:Excellent breakfast and dinner!!! Very comfy beds, wonderful staff, and spacious rooms. The amenities were exceptional; we loved the sauna, pool, billiards table. Just wish they had a hot tub. We would definitely stay here the next time we’re in Calgary!!

Disliked:The stay in the hotel was a hassle. It's hard to point to anything specific but rather a lot of small signs that describe the environment there. We booked a room for 5 (2 adults, 2 adult children, and a child), breakfast included. Upon arrival we got breakfast tickets for 4 persons. On our question the staff let us know that breakfast was booked through the 3rd party (Booking), so any questions to be addressed there. There is no tea, no sugar, no kettle in the room. We asked for a kettle but it wasn't provided. Next morning, I asked again and they did bring the kettle this time. There were other small issues, like finding extra expense that was erroneously put into a final bill. After a call the error was quickly acknowledged and fixed. But having to call the hotel next day after departure didn't add to the experience.
