Liked:Location was perfect, very central - also suitable for our further plans. Staff were ok, we didnt have any problems hotel stay worked perfectly for what we needed - no problem

Disliked:Booking advertised that breakfast was included - thats what i paid for. reception allegedly didnt get that note - we had to challenge and show booking confirmation. they then promised to pass the note to breakfast staff which they didnt. so i had to challenge again. we got there in the end but wasnt pleasant

Fair hotel but way overpriced

Liked:Some of the staff were very nice. The room was clean.

Disliked:The room was too large and very empty. Between the window and the bed was 2.5 meters (10 ft) no man’s land. This gave the room a very desolate feel. It would have been nice to have a desk in this space and a comfortable chair. But there was no desk to work. One lady at the reception was very derogatory. And finally, it was very hard to get to speak to a human at the reception. There was just a very useless answering machine that made me very frustrated. But this would have been ok if the price would not have been this high. When paying top price I expect much more than this.
