On of the best hôtel

Liked:The front desk staff were efficient and very knowledgeable. The room was very quiet, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Reading area with an armchair and table, good lighting. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave The shower was excellent and easy to use, which isn't always the case. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Heating/air conditioning is easy to use, and you can turn off the fan at night. That’s rare. Small windows that can be opened. Large parking lot, easy access. Excellent hot breakfast in a beautiful, spacious dining room. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, pancakes. Yogurt, muffins, and other pastries. Various juices. Metal utensils, not plastic. For $18, I got my money’s worth.

Disliked:2 nights is too short.

Wonderful Hotel Stay with Attentive Staff!

Liked:My stay at this hotel was excellent. The customer service stood out right from check-in, where I was warmly greeted and recognized as a rewards member. Shortly after settling into my room, staff even called to make sure everything was satisfactory, which was a thoughtful touch. I stayed on the 6th floor in Tower A, and despite the hotel being fully booked with conferences taking place, the floor remained impressively quiet and peaceful throughout my stay. As a rewards member, I received breakfast vouchers, which was a nice perk. However, the breakfast setup in the banquet room wasn’t ideal, as guests had to share tables with strangers. On the second morning, breakfast was moved to the restaurant, which was very busy, but the staff handled it well. They were attentive, hardworking, and quick to clear and reset tables. The only downside was that breakfast would not have been included if I weren’t a rewards member. Considering the nightly room rate, complimentary breakfast would be a reasonable inclusion for all guests. Although I didn’t use the pool facilities, I did take a look at them and found the area to be clean and well maintained. Overall, this was a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

Liked:Romantic.waa fine, check in was fast anf simple

Disliked:Fire alarm was chirping randomly every min or so starting at like 2am kept us up until front desk answered and sent someone up to remove it from the room. Leaving us with no fire alarm I guess. Assumed incorrectly that such a disturbance would qualify us for a discount at the very least. Ruin our sleep, rest, and stay. No offer to make amends
