Disappointing and no good value for money

Disliked:For the price it was shocking that sink was cracked and cupboard door not attached. We were also missing bedding, then had to make up own once given it. Kids didn’t look like having fun on the pool as all to serious on site. Our flight was cancelled so after 19 hours at the airport would have liked a friendly welcome by reception staff but don’t think we met their ideal client demographic at that moment in time. Couldn’t use card in the shop Luggage storage stays unlocked and toilets in reception were the dirtiest I have ever seen I think defiantly not 4*
