Liked:I want to give a special mention to Mohra at the reception. She was incredibly nice, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The service from her side was excellent.

Disliked:Unfortunately, the stay was marred by a major inconsistency regarding their house rules. Despite there being no mention of a "no-guest" policy on their Booking.com page, they tried to prevent me from having visitors. The internet was either slow or completely non-functional. I brought the WiFi issue to their attention multiple times. Each time, I was told they would "do something about it," but absolutely nothing changed during my entire stay.
