Multiple reviews repeatedly praise cleanliness (clean rooms, 'hotel is clean', 'Everything clean'), indicating excellent housekeeping throughout the property.

Service10.0

Strongly positive mentions: numerous compliments for staff, individual shout-outs to staff members, helpful reception and staff who retrieved a lost phone — service is consistently excellent.

Location10.0

Many reviewers highlight the central, convenient location (near Tahrir Square and attractions), good security at entrance and easy access to taxis/Ubers.

Rooms described as clean and comfortable by many, but several guests mention small room size and occasional unpleasant corridor odors, so room quality is good but constrained by size.

Value for Money8.7

Several guests call it good value with fair restaurant prices and perks (e.g., anniversary cake, upgrades), but complaints about expensive minibar/drinks and unexpected taxes slightly lower perceived value.

Food receives strong positive feedback (excellent breakfast, great room service, good hotel restaurant), though a few noted extra charges/taxes on restaurant bills and pricey drinks at the bar.

Overall Experience10.0

Overall sentiment is highly positive with many enthusiastic endorsements, repeat-stay intentions, personal thanks to staff, and memorable gestures (upgrades, anniversary cake), yielding an excellent overall experience.
