Liked:Staff were accomodating and friendly

Disliked:We should have been informed that the building is under major renovation. Dangerous elevator, broken doors, No sound privacy, next room conversation overheard all night. No drinking water. Toilet was smaller than a cupboard.. No padding on sofa. Bed was sagging.
