Liked:Positive: The room was clean, and housekeeping was provided once during our stay. They also provided complimentary bottled water. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfast was generous, delicious, and well-balanced. Another big advantage is that you can pay for additional services by credit card, which is not common in many places in Egypt.

Disliked:Negative: The entrance to the building is very dirty and full of flies. There is no proper waiting area for an Uber or taxi. They offer a laundry service, but in my case it was extremely expensive (US$15) and didn’t include ironing. They also offer a driver for tours, but I found the price to be quite high. Although it’s negotiable, I think it could be more reasonably priced. In my opinion, transportation shouldn’t cost more than the accommodation itself.

A nice spot for a short-stay to see the Pyramids.

Liked:An impressive view of the pyramids from two different roof-tops, balcony and window, which is what you stay here for. The family-oriented team were welcoming, warm, and eager to help. The tour they organised for us was excellent and well priced, as was the airport shuttle. We felt safe in the area and their communication was excellent.

Disliked:The rooms are small, particularly the bathroom. The Wi-Fi wasn't great during our stay.
