Good value close to sea and train station.

Liked:The location was great as it was close to the sea and a 10 minute walk to the train station. We were able to park for free on site, and there is free street parking super close to the hotel. The room had a/c and there was a cute place to sit and relax in front of the hotel.

Disliked:The room was super small with no place to really keep luggage out. The shower had good water pressure, but there was mold at the base of the shower. The room got cleaned every day with new towels, but I don’t think the floors got swept.

Liked:Location is excellent with lots of restaurants and bakeries around. Nizza airport is just 10 minutes away by car. Seaside is just a few steps away. Staff/owner was really kind and helpful. Room was clean. There is a small private parking courtyard in front of the house for 4-5 cars, otherwise you should park outside in the streets that are free of charge during the weekend.

Good value for money and great location.

Liked:Perfect location, good communication with the host with late check in being made very easy for us. Plenty of free parking if you can’t use the hotel car park. Nice little terrace outside the bedroom. Friendly and welcoming.

Disliked:Room was a little smaller than we were hoping for with not much room to put/open a suitcase but served a purpose and ok for one night’s stay.
