Liked:The staff were very friendly The car parking was good and secure The layout of the ground floor was good

Disliked:We had asked for a ground floor room when we arrived we were given an upstairs room till we complained .Rooms were very small The WiFi in room was poor Okey in lounge Drinks very expensive The food was ok but very expensive.

Great Location

Liked:The location was great, a five minute walk to the Caen war memorial & 15 minute drive to Pegasus Bridge. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable ish, If you like a softer bed. The air-conditioning was very effective, so the room stayed at a comfortable temperature for sleep. The restaurant had a small menu but the food we had was great. Breakfast was also pretty good when compared to other hotels in this bracket.

Disliked:The bathroom was quite small & the bed was a little on the soft side for me. Although it was perfect for my wife. There is no kettle in the room. There is a coffee making machine but I don't like those coffees & much prefer a kettle.
