Liked:For us the location. The afternoon ferry to Ouisterham arrives at 10 and we can be there comfortably by 11. Reception manned 24/24. Next morning 5 minutes back to the Peripherique

Liked:Ten minutes from the centre and the room nice and clean

Disliked:Reception area nice and clean the room was spotless but the walls inside could do with some painting and maybe a new carpet

My stay was short, but sweet, all due to the staff.

Liked:The staff were lovely, particularly the woman who checked me in. She has probably been doing this for some time but she still managed to make me feel special. the girls behind the bar were very friendly. just to note, staffing is one of the biggest challenges today in the service industry. Hold onto your team, they seem to enjoy what they do. My room was perfect - very clean and well maintained - difficult to achieve in the hospitality business. Breakfast was spot on, though I need to improve my French, I pressed choc instead of coffee, that woke me up;)

Disliked:How about some English language film channels on the TV? I think the carpet in the corridor to my room (15) needs a deep clean, or replacing, there is a stale odor, not too strong, but its there..
