Very friendly staff and most at front desk spoke English

Liked:Pretty Quiet even though hotel was very close to the main road

Disliked:Wearing a tag all the time. Parking was very limited, but staff was very and helpful with finding alternative parking. Food was not great.

Overall my stay was perfect. I would return and stay again.

Liked:Clean, budget friendly, walking distance to the grocery store, Resturant’s, beach, and kite surfing schools.

Disliked:Had to pay to exchange towels. I can understand paying for you room to be cleaned but exchanging a dirty towel for another is ridiculous.

Disliked:I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. After our five-night stay, the hotel charged us twice for our accommodation. We have tried to contact them multiple times by email and phone to resolve this issue, but they have completely ignored our messages. Mistakes can happen, but charging guests twice and then refusing to respond is unacceptable. Customer service does not end when you check out. We expected the hotel to acknowledge the error and process a refund promptly, but instead we have been left without any communication. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Be very careful and check your credit card statements after your stay.
