Homey, cozy, relaxing

Liked:It exceeded my expectations. The exterior looked simple, but the hotel has a big atrium/courtyard inside. It has a pool, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly. It is walking distance from Robinson's mall!! If you're interested in working out during your trip, there is a gym nearby called Chaq Gym. It is also next to a coffee shop, Chaq Cafe! Everything you need is within the vicinity!

Disliked:The aircon in the lobby was off the whole time. We had to gather there for 20-30 minutes and it was really hot. They also had to be reminded to replenish the water, give fresh towels, etc.
