Disliked:Reception is not permanently staffed. Had a problem checking in at kiosk as keycard didn’t work, so had to wait for someone to come to the reception desk to resolve.

Disliked:The bed feels like hard gravel — there is no mattress or mattress pad at all. I requested one, but they ignored my request. The staff don’t understand English, they don’t even have a proper adapter, and the room cleaning is not done daily. The service has been extremely poor

Liked:We stayed in a family room, which was remarkably spacious and featured oceanfront windows just as shown in the photos. The room amenities were exceptionally well-equipped and impeccably clean—we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. The location is ideal—extremely close to the beach with convenience stores nearby. It is also within walking distance of Songjeong Station on the Beach Train line, surrounded by a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. The front desk staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and polite.

Disliked:The only minor downside was the breakfast, which had a limited selection and served the exact same items on both days of our stay. However, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the immediate area, it wasn't much of a problem.
