Would definitely stay again.

Liked:The view from the room over looking the water and mountains was beautiful. The parking, restaurant and bar met our needs with plenty of choices.
Disliked:The bathroom was small and the toilet paper holder was to close to the toilet. Made it difficult to sit.

Disliked:The pillows in the queen room were exceptionally smaller than our previous stay a month ago. They were uncomfortable. The white comforter/duvet was coming apart and the insert looked filthy.

Great stay but check-in process was a disaster

Liked:The location, restaurant, bar, and facilities were all good. The view from the room was great. We ordered room service which was quickly delivered from the on site restaurant and enjoyed the sunset. We went with a 6 year old and the Echo Science Center was a short walk that we all enjoyed on a rainy day.
Disliked:The check-in process was very disappointing and frustrating. Hilton wanted you to download the app and then have a keyless entry to the room to avoid front desk interaction. Tried to get the keyless entry and said a visit to front desk was necessary. Check-in time was 4:00 and when tried to check-in at 5:30 front desk person said room nit ready but would be in 15-20 minutes. Told them would be sitting in area right by the front desk and they indicated ok. Waited 45 minutes and went to front desk again with the same person I previously checked in with. Person had no idea who I was and said the room was now available and started the check-in process again. My assumption is the front desk person would come and get us once the room was available. We ended up missing a dinner reservation and there was no apology from the front desk person, like I was being a bother.
