Liked:Staff was exrtremely good, welcoming, warm and responsive. My room was beautiful, the view was pretty. I appreciated the decor and the luxurious bathroom. My bed was very cozy and comfortable. The complimentary warm cookies were AWESOME.

Disliked:The HVAC was loud and I couldn't turn the fan off. So when it was on, I felt like I was in a cold wind tunnel. I had to raise the heat to 75 before I finally felt comfortable, but then I woke up in the middle the night hot and uncomfortable.
