Liked:Amazing location in the middle of Budapest, very tasty breakfasts, nice and cosy rooms, the staff was amazing as well. The beefbar restaurant on the ground floor was one of the tastiest places I’ve ever been to, highly recommended! Overall a wonderful hotel in Budapest

Disliked:The reception was understaffed and I had to wait in line every time I went there or called them

Truly a 5-star stay.

Liked:Gorgeous building. Very modern while paying respect to the historical nature of the building and area. Loved the working thermostat, bed, design, lighting scheme-everything. Couldn’t fault anything.

Fantastic stay ever

Liked:I accidentally left my phone in the taxi that brought me to the hotel, but thanks to the staff who checked the camera footage, identified the taxi number, and contacted the driver, my phone was safely returned to me. Barnaba, who assisted me, understood what I was trying to say despite my poor English, and his calm and caring support truly, truly saved me. The exterior and interior of the hotel are, of course, stunning, but what impressed me even more was the exceptional kindness and attentiveness of the staff. It is not only a beautiful hotel—it is an extraordinary one. I have never had such a moving and memorable stay before. I’ve completely fallen in love with Budapest.
