It was optimal

Liked:Very nice and helpful receptionists - Edina and Ivett. We could leave out luggage in the last day. It was great

Clean, warm and kind staff.

Liked:The hotel was very clean, warm and very comfortable beds!! We had hot water all the times. The girl at the reception desk was always helpfull and willing to help us everytime we asked!! This girl, Miss Edina was the mirror of the hotel, always polite and smiling so we hadn't any problem of adapting to space. Because of her, we had a lovely stay without any problems! She suggested where we should go to see the must sights! Thank you my dear Edina and hope to see you again! ❤️

Disliked:The cleaning staff is dishonest; there's a thief among the employees: When I returned to the hotel on Thursday night after sightseeing in the city, I discovered that my personal bidet hose was missing from the bathroom. This is a portable item I travel with for personal and medical reasons, as I have a health condition that requires me to use it regularly. When I spoke to the receptionist, he first said that he would contact the manager. Later, he explained that unscrewing or using the shower handle in this way could cause the rubber gasket to fall out. I told him that he seemed more concerned about a gasket worth only a few cents, while I was talking about a personal item worth 32 euros that had completely disappeared. I also explained that I am very careful with this, as I use the same type of hose at home and always make sure the gasket stays securely in place. A few hours later, the same receptionist softened his position and suggested that perhaps the cleaning staff assumed the hose did not belong to me or to the hotel and removed it by mistake. However, removing a guest’s personal belongings without asking is completely unacceptable. At the very least, such an item should have been brought to reception and reported. The following morning, another staff member repeated similar explanations and showed me a photo supposedly proving that the hose had been on the bathroom floor after cleaning. But a photo proves nothing — the item could easily have been removed afterward. I was the one who requested that staff come upstairs and search the room with me, and I allowed them to check freely and thoroughly. They searched carefully and found nothing. I explained clearly that if the item was not in the room, not in my luggage, and not with me, then it had obviously disappeared during my stay. I had no reason to invent such a situation. I came here to enjoy my trip, not to create unnecessary problems.
