Liked:The staff behavior was extremely disappointing. When I requested a heater, instead of assisting, I was told that I hadn’t even seen the room yet and questioned why I was asking for a heater. This response was unprofessional and unhelpful. As a guest, basic requests should be handled politely, not dismissed. I expect better service and respectful communication.

Disliked:Lifts if u have access to your floor you cant meet your other friends family if by any chance they are on different floor
