Liked:The location. The day staff were very helpful.

Disliked:The night staff were not welcoming. The shower was over the bath and had a poor water flow.

Didn’t expect this attitude from Novotel

Liked:The location is perfect

Disliked:We stayed 3 person in one room, so with double sofa bed done the space was quite limited. Breakfast was ok, but buns were always hard, not fresh. The biggest disappointment was when we filled the bathtub and water was really dirty. I reported the issue at the reception, but older receptionist Mr. Gabor told me “better not to see” and “if we let the water run long enough it may clear. Anyway we can drink tap water, because he drinks it everyday”. No apologies.
