Liked:My stay in Budapest was truly memorable, and the hotel played a big part in that experience. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to major attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful Danube River. Everything I needed was just a few minutes away, which made exploring the city very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the atmosphere felt both cozy and welcoming. I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night, allowing me to rest properly after long days of sightseeing.

Liked:The room I paid for was very tiny, although for the location, worth the price.

Disliked:We were given the wrong code, so after trying to enter the building for a while, we were only able to get in because someone else was entering. The hotel is only on one floor and although there is an in-person reception, it was not always open. The power in our room went out and we were left without light and unable to charge our phones. Despite saying there is 24/7 customer support, I would receive responses up to 2 hours later. This is quite unacceptable given there was no one on site to help. After about 30 minutes of being on the phone and having to try different ways to get the power back on, we were finally changed to a different room.
