Not worth your time or money.

Liked:The beds were comfy and the staff were lovely.

Disliked:The food was terrible and over-priced. The air conditioning did not work and we sweated through the night. The area was scary and the nearby shops had very mean staff who yelled at us. The staff at the train station nearby were also extremely rude and condescending.

Location was good, however the staff were rude, bathroom dangerous and the room was extremely hot.

Liked:The location was acceptable.

Disliked:The front of house staff were not friendly, they were not welcoming and acted as if checking us in was interrupting their chat. The rooms were hot and the front of house told us that we cannot cool our room as the whole building is on the same system. This was so uncomfortable as we couldn't sleep as the room was so hot, however the hall way was cool? We also asked for a walk in shower and received a room with a bath and shower combo. This made it very difficult for my mother to get in and out of the shower. When I asked to change rooms, we were told that it wasn't an option, even though this was part of my booking. It was very disappointing.

Pleasant Stay Overall

Liked:The staff was helpful. Big thanks for making our stay memorable and for special arrangements made. The property is well connected with public transport

Disliked:The room layout is bit squeezed at the entrance due to wardrobe. The AC was not yet turned on windows helped but then had road noise.

Central location, friendly staff, restaurant minus 2 stars, room is a torture

Liked:Location ok. Restaurant food extemely dry and too pricy. Waiters did not show up for 12-15 minutes between dishes.

Disliked:Room temperature was close to 30 Celsius. Air con was still in winter mode - got the info from reception. So, we left corridor door open, where was only 22-23 Celsius. Due to this missis could sleep, but because door was open, i stay awake. Terrible.
