Liked:The hotel/hostel itself makes a very pleasant impression, despite the rather questionable atmosphere outside, with beggars and some unusual characters around the street. The interior is stylish and very well done. I especially like it when modern design is integrated into an old building without destroying its historic character, and here this has been done successfully. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. It is also a big plus that there is a bar in the hotel which stays open until midnight. This is very convenient if you arrive late in the evening and do not feel like going anywhere else. Most of the guests seem to be young people, so this is something to keep in mind. It can be a little noisy in the corridors and elevators at times, but nothing too serious. Breakfast is quite good for the price, and there is even a juicer, which was a nice surprise. There are, however, a few things in the room that could definitely be improved. The ventilation grille on the ceiling really needs to be cleaned — it was extremely dirty, to the point where it looked like bats might be living there. The bathroom also needs hooks for towels; I ended up having to put them on the toilet lid. There are too few power sockets near the bed, and the ones that are there are located in a very inconvenient place. It would also be nice to provide a basic dental kit. It costs almost nothing, but small details like this make the hotel feel noticeably more comfortable and higher class. Apart from that, everything went well. The reception staff kindly called a taxi for me, which I really appreciated. They also stored my laptop safely while I was out walking around beautiful Budapest. And one last thing: the kebab place right next to the hotel is actually quite good. I tried it, enjoyed it, and survived without any unpleasant consequences. Overall, a very pleasant stay with friendly staff, stylish interiors and just a few small details that could easily be improved.

Overall enjoyable but be careful of the tiny rooms

Liked:The hostel has a really good location, you can move around the city easily as metro 2 station is just out of the hostel. The hostel itself has some style and it seems to be a good space to work from and it is equiped with kichen, billard and they also provide breakfast..

Disliked:Rooms are rather small, I almost hit my head when I was checking my locken, since the room door was opening it was hitting with my locker which was very annoying. Toilets could be cleaned a bit more often, there were many times water over the counter and the hand paper was never installed in it's place and it was left out.

Disliked:The only thing I did not like isn’t hat the room was hot and there where no windows, the ac is at 25C and you cannot get it colder.
