Liked:Parking, comfortable bed, good breakfast, very nice people at the reception and people helping me with the underground elevator parking, very nice balcony to enjoy the morning cool air, too bad they were woking on the road up the street so it was a bit noisy

Disliked:Bathroom not very clean, room dusty, sofa was stained and seemed dirty, spiders in the room and on the hallway, an overall shabbyness and rundown feeling of the room, the pilllows were veeery soft( but this is a very subjective item as i enjoy hard pillows)

Liked:Check in was efficient and quick. Staff was very helpful. It was a spur of the moment booking as my originally booked place did not meet the bar. I think I will return here.

Liked:Location.

Disliked:Carpet is not vacuumed and smells musty. The bed linen is poor quality, dirty, and has hair on it. The breakfast is below average and lacks variety.The reception staff are friendly, but the restaurant staff are only average. The tables and dishes could be cleaner. It feels as if the hotel is being run by amateurs or volunteers.
