Disliked:This hotel is dishonest. We booked a three‑day stay in advance. For the first two days, due to the football match, the room rate was raised to €427 per night. However, the day after the match ended, all football fans had left, and the hotel dropped the price of the same rooms to €147 per night. Yet they still charged us €427 for the exact same room. In my opinion, this hotel lacks credibility. During our three‑night stay, the room was not cleaned on one day, and the towels were not replaced either. This hotel is absolutely terrible.

A great stay in a great location with attentive service

Liked:Staff helpfulness and very good customer service Very good variety of food and drinks for breakfast Balcony is a plus with nice and warm weather, spacious bathroom, good bed and matrass, hotel location near public transport, leafy streets, city park and quiet spot away from crowds Very good value for money overall

Disliked:Carpeting in the room feels worn out, avoid recarpeting in the room when doing any hotel renovation.

Liked:Very quiet neighbourhood, that is why we choose it since it's not in the center. We were received by Bogi at the reception and she was very kind and helpful. Great balcony that gave us some relaxation. The room was very clean. The only down thing is that there was no iron.

Disliked:No iron.
