Good location

Liked:Perfect location. Comfortable from and to the airport (just 1 bus line - 2 stops). It's about 30min walk to most of the places and things you would like to see. We were lucky to have a nice terrace view.

Disliked:The lighting in the room was poor and uncomfortable for applying make-up, etc. The mirrors are tinted/darkened, and there wasn’t much pleasant natural light coming in. There was no TV, so guests have to use their own accounts for platforms like Netflix, etc. The air conditioning didn’t work properly. For the amount we paid, we expected a bit more.

Disliked:The hotel is situated in a residential building, which means you have climb a flight of stairs before taking the lift, and then more stairs before you finally reach the hotel, the receptionist kindly volunteered to help me on my arrival, as I just got out of hospital and had stitches my stomach and a suitcase, but when I had to ask for a refund due to the lack of services provided by the hotel, heating and aircon ( that the hotel actually refused to turn on over a few hours that I was there, and lied to booking com and myself included about turning them on) The price of the rooms was €300 a night, when I received a refund the receptionist refused to help me the downstairs out of the hotel, because of the stitches in my stomach I had to wait until strangers in the building passed by and I had to ask them for assistance in lifting my suitcase down the two flights of stairs.

Nice staff and location!

Liked:The rooms were nice, and we had the one with a balcony that offered a great view of the city center. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked:The entrance was difficult to locate; I hadn’t realized it was a residential building.

Liked:Central + so close to transportation + sights. The decor of the hotel was so chic. Definitely recommend breakfast as the coffee shop next door. Staff were so friendly.

Disliked:Walls on the thin side. Could clearly hear my neighbours next door.
