Overall, a hotel we’d happily return to, and one that could be exceptional with a few adjustments.

Liked:We had a truly lovely stay at the Kozmo. The location is excellent — central, easy to reach everything on foot, and quiet enough to rest well at the end of the day. Our room was beautiful: spacious, elegantly designed and impeccably kept. What stood out most was the staff. Every member of the team was attentive, warm and genuinely courteous, always ready to help without ever being intrusive. That level of service is what makes a hotel memorable, and here it was outstanding.

Disliked:Two things fell short of what we’d expect from a five-star luxury property. The first is breakfast. The room is simply too small for the number of guests, which makes the experience feel crowded rather than relaxed, and the selection of food and drinks doesn’t match what comparable hotels in this category offer. A wider choice and a larger space would make a real difference. The second is the spa. The setting is genuinely beautiful, but the floor is very slippery — enough that we felt cautious walking around. A non-slip treatment or matting would be an easy fix and an important safety improvement.

Amazing time in Kozmo

Liked:Staff was super professional and nice, the location of the hotel is amazing and the hotel itself is like a work of art- a super beautiful historical building. The facilities- pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym were great and we literally could not be more satisfied. The room itself was so spacious and it was actually more like the size of an apartment than a room. The bed is maybe one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept on and was huge. Breakfast was tasty and diverse. Literally, the whole experience was lovely. Can’t recommend this place enough!
