I had a great experience staying at this hotel

Liked:I had a great experience staying at Kimpton at Budapest due to many reasons: location of the hotel, cleanliness and comfort but the most important reason was the exceptional level of service I received from the concierge desk. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to travel to Budapest.

Excellent stay, very well presented, perfect location in the city. Kids park nearby.

Liked:Beautiful hotel, great staff, restaurant was amazing, scooter and bike rental across the road.

Disliked:“Danube View” room was very limited because of the trees. I just think to name it that was a little overstated.

Disappointing Service at the front desk

Liked:Beautiful Hotel, one of the best in Europe, fabulous bed and shower

Disliked:I checked in and left my luggage done at the Reception and after 90 minutes had to go back to Reception to collect my luggage as it had not been brought to my room even though I was told it would be
